We will cover and hit the main lifts of Snatch and Clean & Jerk, PLUS accessory lifts and drills. This program features three Olympic Lifting workouts per week to help you get stronger, faster, and in better positions with a barbell. Whether you’re a novice or an advanced lifter, we will provide the instruction and programming to help you improve in the sport.
