Strength: Our Strength program focuses on increasing overall strength through squatting, deadlifting, and pressing…plus targeting smaller muscles that can play a big role in increased strength. This program is where body building and functional movement meet. The Strength program features three workouts each week to get you stronger all-around and to help you to move better in your life inside and outside the gym. 

Olympic Weightlifting: We will cover and hit the main lifts of Snatch and Clean & Jerk, PLUS accessory lifts and drills. This program features three Olympic Lifting workouts per week to help you get stronger, faster, and in better positions with a barbell. Whether you’re a novice or an advanced lifter, we will provide the instruction and programming to help you improve in the sport.
